Refund policy

***All returns must be authorized PRIOR to shipping back to us. Do not mail back any product until we authorize your return via email.***

You may return new/unused items, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We will not be responsible for returns after the 14 day period.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. We will not be liable for damaged items NOT reported to us after 5 days. You must supply photographic evidence of the damaged item along with photos of any damage to the packaging. If items are determined to be damaged, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
